The Black Orchestral Network presents five instrumental masterclasses on Sunday, October 18, 2026, from 11:30 AM–2:30 PM ET as part of the BON 2026 Summit in Atlanta.
Masterclasses will be offered in violin/viola, cello/bass, woodwinds, and high/low brass. Performers may choose a selection from the standard repertoire and receive individualized feedback on interpretation, technique, and performance.

Applications are open to musicians from all communities, with students from HBCUs, PBIs, Atlanta Music Project, the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra Talent Development Program, and orchestral diversity fellowship programs strongly encouraged to apply.

Masterclasses are free and open to the public to observe. No application is required to attend as an audience member. Student groups, families, and private studios are encouraged to attend and support the student performers.
