July COMMUNITY CONVERSATION

Join us for the next Black Orchestral Network Community Conversation as we explore one of the most important topics facing musicians today: wellness.

A career in music demands extraordinary artistry, discipline, and resilience. But how do we care for ourselves while navigating the physical, mental, and emotional realities of the profession?

Host Ebonee Thomas leads a candid conversation with two inspiring guests:

Meghan Jones, founder of Wellness On Purpose, certified wellbeing consultant, author, and professional orchestra musician, whose work focuses on holistic health, behavior change, and helping people reconnect with sustainable wellness from the inside out.

Joy Payton Stevens, musician, educator, and wellness advocate, who brings valuable perspectives on caring for ourselves while building fulfilling artistic careers.
